About the Architect - A short biography of the creator of Nysom Castle.

10/01/2003 - Due to the many other commitments of its creator, Nysom Castle has not been updated very often in the past couple of years. However, contests continue to run strong as this month marks the 7th Annual Halloween Contest and the 19th Contest of Song Bites.

Also, the Observations archive is expanding as, after two years, the total number of articles has grown to over 100.

I hope you enjoy your visit to the castle. I will hopefully be updating it more often as time goes on, but only time will tell. In the meantime, if you have any ideas, comments, suggestions, or questions, please feel free to contact the architect by e-mail at:

10/14/96: Laboratory has tripled in size! Easier to use and read format!

10/15: Musical instruments section added as well as instruments to see and a couple of new artists to read about.

10/19: Random Link established in Laboratory. Link will change weekly.

10/25: Crypt now open! Also, first draft of bio has been added.

11/13: Music chamber renovated: Musicals section now added, new additions to both popular and music instruments section. Better 'list of instruments' page found with more functioning links... Also, new look to the main corridor and new additions to the lab.

12/4: Expanded dungeon with a new look. Still not complete, but a big step closer to final plans.

12/13: Labyrinth now open!

1/18/97: New Labyrinth opened, replacing smaller original labyrinth.

1/21: Grand Labyrinth opened. The biggest feature of the castle

2/13: Over the past couple of days, the Labaratory has been adjusted as well as the Main Corridor. Also, Architect's Bio has been updated.

3/1: In the past week, The Labaratory, the Music Chamber, the Dungeon, and the Main Corridor have been given a new look. There have been new additions to the Music Chamber, The Dungeon and the Crypt. Architect has included his resume.

5/1: New location. The move is complete.

6/29: Over the past couple of weeks, Dungeon has been completely redone. Architect's Bio has been updated. Laboratory expanded.

7/26: Billy Joel Wing opened. Located in the Music Chamber.

8/1: Library opened. The newest addition to the always growing castle.

9/4: Forms added to Billy Joel Review Room for easier voting.

10/7: Halloween Contest started.

11/1: Congratulations to Heather Pulk of Clinton, MD for winning the Halloween Contest.

12/5: Brand new look to Main Corridor. Information lobby established.

4/2/98: Song Bites - The Fast New Game of Song Identification added.

2/17/99: Nysom Castle moved to songbites.com/nysom

12/17/1999: Beginning of complete renovation.
